I am unsure restricting various builds by segregating frenzy and chance to spell and attack skills would be the way to go within a game that thrives on making a multitude of builds which work and allow website visitors to play their way.

Now, it is precisely what I like to read.

Problem is, from all of the things that are becoming nerfs, people who are so goddamn OP yet boring to try out (personally at least) still remained untouched: Traps/Mines.

While their mechanics could possibly be somewhat restrictive with Cheap POE Orbs regard to gameplay fluidity, they are incredibly overpowered which they easily outmatch their lack of fluidity just by simply being utterly broken.
